What I’ve Been Reading: March Reading Recs

On the last Sunday of every month, I share recommendations to 4 thought-provoking things I read – or in some cases – listened to in the last month.

Last month, I had a theme that tied all of the posts together – sales, negotiation and deal-making. This month’s posts are a bit more loose.

1. “Adulthood occurs when one realizes that it’s better to suffer for the right reasons than to feel pleasure for the wrong reasons.” This is a long read but a powerful one about growing up.

2. Convenience is all destination and no journey.

3. The addict is the amateur; the artist is the professional.

4. Success is not about big hits. It’s actually in the opportunity to improve.

Bonus: For those of you who know me even moderately well, you know have a thing for awesome dance videos. This mother and son dance routine doesn’t disappoint. This mom has some serious moves.

What are you reading right now? Drop me an email, and let me know. The only thing I love more than reading is getting thoughtful recommendations for what I should read next.

*This email first went out to email subscribers. If you want to get first dibs on what I’m reading and the occasional update (I never send more than 2 emails per month), sign up here.
